Order Cancellation Policies

Books

All book orders include a 60-minute Production Delay after payment. During this window, you may cancel your order directly from the Orders page of your account.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Framed Art & Apparel

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not entered fulfillment.

Standard fulfillment time is 2–5 business days. Once fulfillment begins, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Scarves

Scarf orders are held for 12 hours before processing to allow time for changes or cancellations. You may cancel your order through the Orders section of your account during this window.

After production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. If you are in the EU, we offer a 14-day return window.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Unworn or unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Claims for Issues

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.

Lost packages: claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is due to our error, we will cover all associated costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please provide photos of the damaged item. This will help ensure a swift review of the matter.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • International Book Orders
  • Digital goods/downloads
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out. We’re happy to help.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning the original item. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
