Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk orders or educational discounts?
Yes. Bulk orders are available for art teachers, homeschool organizations, and verified educational or institutional groups.
Because quantities, pricing, and availability vary by product, bulk orders are handled directly rather than through the online checkout. To request a bulk order, please complete the Bulk Order Request Form or contact us directly. We’ll review your information, verify eligibility, and follow up with details on pricing, quantities, and timelines.
How do I place a bulk order?
To begin, please submit a request through our Bulk Order Request Form or contact us with details about your organization, the items you’re interested in, and estimated quantities. Once verified, we’ll provide a customized quote and next steps.
Who qualifies for bulk orders?
Bulk orders are available to:

What products are available for bulk orders?

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! All orders include tracking, with the exception of International Untracked. You’ll receive an email once your order ships, and you can view tracking details in your account.
Why can’t some framed items go to a P.O. Box?
Larger framed prints often ship via carriers like FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address prevents delays.

Fabric & Care
What silk fabrics do you use for your scarves?
Our scarves are made from 100% natural silk, typically silk habotai or silk charmeuse, both lightweight, smooth, and ideal for vivid printing.
Silk Habotai - semi-matte, smooth, velvety, very lightweight, airy, flowy, bright colors. Great for neck or head scarves.
Silk Charmeuse - high-shine, very smooth, silky, vibrant colors. Best for neck scarves. May slip out of hair, requiring the use of hairpins.
Matte Crepe - matte, but nice, rich, almost velvety texture. Colors are bright. Ideal for neck or head scarves. The extra grip this texture provides prevents it from slipping around too much in the hair.
How do I care for my silk scarf?
- Hand wash gently in cool water with silk-safe detergent, ¼ cup of vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of salt
- Fill the washing machine with water (no ecocycle).
- Do not bleach. Can be drycleaned.
- Do not wring or twist
- Lay flat to dry away from sunlight
Iron on low heat with a cloth placed between the scarf and the iron
Are the scarves printed on both sides?
No. Most silk scarves have a vibrant front side and a softer, lighter reverse. Depending on the printing method, the back may show some of the design, but not at full intensity.
What fabrics are your T-shirts and sweatshirts made from?
Most apparel is made from:
- 100% ring-spun cotton
- Cotton/poly blends for sweatshirts and hoodies
- Soft, breathable materials designed for comfort
Exact fabric details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my apparel?
For long-lasting prints and fabric softness:
- Wash inside-out in cold water
- Use the gentle cycle
- Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on printed areas
What kind of paper are your framed prints made on?
Our prints are made from museum-quality, archival matte paper designed to resist yellowing and fading.
How do I care for framed prints?
- Keep out of direct sunlight
- Avoid humid environments
- Clean frames with a soft, dry cloth
- Do not spray cleaners directly on plexiglass
