Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on order quantity and the shipping method selected.

Processing Times

Standard production time is approximately 3–5 business days after your order is submitted. Your shopping cart will show the most accurate, real-time production estimate for your specific order.

 Once your items are printed and packaged, they will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to ship and again when the carrier has picked it up.

Please note: Actual production times may differ from our standard estimates during periods of high order volume.
 Business days = Monday–Friday.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Mail (Trackable): 13–14 business days
  • Priority Mail: 11–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 8–9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7–8 business days

International Book Orders

Framed Posters, Apparel & Tote Bags

Shipping

We offer FREE domestic shipping to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and other major carriers.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO

Some larger items—such as framed posters—ship via commercial carriers like FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 To avoid delays, please provide a physical address whenever possible. If you need help, our support team is always happy to assist.

  • Fulfillment & Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 1–8 business days

Some orders may take longer due to product availability or other factors. We work with trusted fulfillment partners worldwide to minimize delays and keep processing times as short as possible.

Silk Scarves

Our scarves are made in Canada. Shipping times may vary due to ongoing policy changes between Canada Post and USPS. We are working diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

  • Canada Post: 5-8 business days
  • Canada Standard: 1-7 business days

  • International Untracked and Tracked: 10-30 business days

Tracking Information

Yes! Tracking is included with all orders except International Untracked.
 Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking details anytime in the Orders section of your account.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused and returned to us, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 If you would like the order resent, reshipping fees will apply based on current shipping rates.

Wrong Address

If a courier determines the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

 You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm your updated address.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs for unclaimed orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Solar Spectrum Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address provided in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee the security of packages once they are in transit.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Providing photos of the damage will help us expedite the evaluation and replacement process.
